Build Your Future in Printing Technology
Fullerton College offers hands-on training on modern, high-speed equipment. The printing program is dedicated to serving three distinct groups: students who wish to learn more about general printing concepts, color management and the printing process; students who wish to enter the printing trade after obtaining industry certification; lastly, students who wish to transfer after completing an Associate of Science Degree in Printing Technology. The program offers courses in electronic pre-press, packaging production and design, flexography, offset presswork, and screen printing.
Introduction to Printing is the main course that students need to complete for advanced coursework and various certificates. Students can achieve Printing Industries Association(PIASC) certification in electronic imaging and offset lithographic presswork or certification from the Flexographic Technical Association (FTA) in flexography.
The courses in the printing technology program provide theory and laboratory experiences that simulate live production in a commercial work environment. The printing program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the printing field or provide skill upgrading for students currently employed in the printing industry.

Digital Arts
Character Artist at MGA Entertainment
“I’ve recently become a Character Artist at MGA Entertainment and I owe it all to the Digital Arts CTE program at Fullerton College. Every single class I took helped me build a portfolio that was competitive enough to land me a job where all of my coworkers come from private colleges, and I think that’s pretty cool. Not only are the classes very useful but the professors that teach them are as well. They have endless amounts of knowledge and experience in their fields and are super eager to help their students. I am very proud and grateful to have been a part of the CTE program and I can’t wait to see where I go in the future thanks to Fullerton College.”
